In September 2014, Sandro Prosperi and Francesco Sertori made a bold decision: to take over Pluriservice Fiduciaria SA and transform it into PLURIAUDIT SA, an ambitious audit and consulting project. Ten years later, this choice has proven to be a winning one.
From the very beginning, PLURIAUDIT’s goal was to build an audit and consulting firm that went beyond the traditional role of an auditor, offering a range of personalized and highly professional services tailored to the increasingly complex needs of national and international clients. Over its first decade, the company experienced steady and significant growth.
The team expanded both in numbers and expertise, bringing in professionals capable of tackling increasingly complex challenges. PLURIAUDIT not only broadened the scope of its services but also diversified its activities by establishing and developing two key branches: AML Revisions SA and ASMA Asset Management Audit & Compliance SA, both based in Lugano. These new divisions further strengthened PLURIAUDIT’s presence in the audit and consulting landscape, demonstrating the company’s ability to meet the demands of an ever-evolving market.

From the outset, PLURIAUDIT established itself as a benchmark in the field of audit and consulting, but its strategic vision was never confined to national borders. After years of consolidation in the Swiss market, PLURIAUDIT took a significant step toward internationalization in 2018 by joining the global network CPA Associates International (CPAAI).
This membership, finalized in 2019, made PLURIAUDIT the first Swiss member of CPAAI, a network bringing together over 120 independent firms worldwide. With more than 200 offices across the globe, CPAAI stands out for its ability to provide high-quality business consulting, legal, tax, and audit services. This expansion was further reinforced with the establishment of JURISAUDIT in Zug, a new company that broadens PLURIAUDIT’s international service offerings.
In 2020, another milestone was added to PLURIAUDIT’s history with the merger of CPAAI and MGI Worldwide, a UK-based global accounting organization. This merger created a new entity with 257 members in nearly 100 countries, giving PLURIAUDIT’s clients access to a network of almost 9,000 professionals worldwide. The union of these two organizations has brought significant advantages, including increased brand recognition, additional resources, and access to an even broader range of expertise in new markets.
The merger also strengthened the global positioning of the newly formed network, which now generates nearly $1 billion in revenue, ranking 16th among the world’s largest accounting networks.
